This class is an introduction to the technique developed in Cuba to physically and mentally prepare Modern, Folkloric and Popular dancers. It is rooted, intense and powerful technique. The class will focus on body awareness, alignment and strengthening.

Isabel Estrada-Jamison is a New York based Afro-Cuban Folkloric Dancer. She has performed throughout the Unites States and Cuba. She currently performs with Oyu Oro Afro- Cuban Experimental Dance Ensemble under the direction of Danis "La Mora" Perez.
